DOCUMENTS FOR PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS OF INLAND NAVIGATION

Documents certifying qualifications for professional inland navigation. All the documents are issued in card format, except for the „radiotelephone operator in inland navigation”.

For submitting the request for issuing a document, you must appear  personally with the following documents:

• an identification document,
• 3,5 x 4,5 cm colourful, but with white backgrounded photo,
• proof of medical fitness for shipboard service, by presenting the original of the medical fitness certificate,
• in the case of an exchanged document, the previous document needed.

The issuance of the document has a fee, the processing fee  is available here.
